PennWest Edinboro’s Studio Technician position functions as a unique, nontraditional post-baccalaureate program designed for emerging ceramic artists seeking time, space, and support to grow their practice. Studio techs work 10 hours per week in exchange for full access to ceramics studios, kilns, and materials for one full year. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in a professional studio environment while allowing artists to deeply focus on developing their portfolios.
